I bought an orange and a yellow one. The yellow one for the road and late office hours and the orange one for the evening on the cell phone or screen. I wouldn't want to be without them, very comfortable and I get tired in front of my laptop, which wasn't the case before.
Das Beste, was ich bis jetzt gekauft habe. Sehr angenehmes Licht, funktioniert einwandfrei. Lässt sich am Türrahmen mit dem Magnet einfach und fast unauffällig positionieren.
Ich hab abends oft eine verstopfte Nase und dadurch Schwierigkeiten genug Luft zu bekommen. Die Nasen-Strips helfen mir dabei wieder besser atmen zu können und so besser einzuschlafen. Man gewöhnt sich schnell an das Tragegefühl, sie halten gut und lassen sich morgens leicht entfernen.
Benutze die Mouthtapes seit einigen Tagen und bin positiv überrascht, wie sehr sich meine Schlafqualität dadurch verbessert hat. Kein trockener Mund mehr beim Aufwachen und ich fühle mich besser erholt.
Seit ich die Mundtapes nutze, muss mich meine Freundin nicht mehr nachts anstupsen. Schlafen beide viel entspannter. Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, aber die Anwendung ist total einfach, und sie halten die ganze Nacht über gut. Lieferung war schnell. Zudem find ich die Farbe mega. (Ist nachts im Bett natürlich nicht so wichtig) ;)
Nutze die Nasentapes eher beim Joggen und weniger nachts zum Schlafen. Funktioniert super. Meine Laufleistung ist auf jeden Fall besser mit den Tapes. Lieferung war schnell. Zudem find ich die Farbe mega.

Tolle schöne Lampen, die drei Leicht-Spektren und dazu noch die vielen Möglichkeiten heller und dunkler zu stellen, ich bin einfach nur begeistert. Mein Mann arbeitet im Schichtdienst, so habe ich auch mal die Möglichkeit, das Abendlicht anzulassen, wenn er schon schläft und kann noch etwas lesen, er findet sie auch toll. Hervorheben möchte ich auch den Kundenservice, einfach großartig.
Ich kann wieder meinen Mund schliessen in der Nacht und bekomme trotzdem genug Luft, was vorher nicht der Fall war. Meine Nasenscheidewände machen nicht das was sie sollen. Die Tapes helfen dabei. Daher hab ich auch morgens viel seltener einen trockenen Mund. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Die Lichtblock Brille kann ich sehr empfehlen.
Ich trage sie ca. eine Stunde vor dem ins Bett gehen und bin dadurch weniger wach als ohne dieser Brille, wenn ich abends noch auf den Bildschirm schaue.
Meine Augen sind durch die Brille auch weniger trocken.

Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit eine Nasenscheidewand OP, weil ich ständig durch den Mund geatmet habe. Leider hat die OP kaum etwas gebracht. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied feststellen. Seit ich die Nasentapes benutze, ist das anders. Ich bekomme besser Luft durch die Nase und wache morgens nicht mehr mit trockenem Mund auf. Die Tapes halten wirklich gut über Nacht und der Versand war schnell.
