Legal Guarantee

All products purchased from Lichtblock are covered by your statutory consumer rights under the legal guarantee.

If a product is defective, you as a consumer generally have legal guarantee rights for at least two years from the date of delivery. These include, in particular, free repair or replacement. Under the applicable legal conditions, you may also be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

Your statutory rights under the legal guarantee apply independently of any voluntary commercial warranties and are not restricted by them.
