Returns from the EU countries

The shipping costs for returns from abroad must be paid by the customer. The shipment does not necessarily have to be insured, but must be trackable in any case. Please make sure that your shipping service provider provides you with a tracking link. If a return does not reach us, we accept no liability for loss in the post.
