The problem: Blue light in the evening
The crucial and biggest problem with blue light after sunset is the effect it has on our nervous system. After dark, the light fools your brain into thinking it's the wrong time of day. This interrupts your sleep cycle and can have a negative effect on your health, especially over a longer period of time. Difference between LEDs and fire
LED spectrum
Blue light is light with a wavelength of approx. 380 to 495 nanometers (nm). This is short-wave and very high-energy light. Modern displays, LEDs and energy-saving lamps have a disproportionately high proportion of blue light. This stimulates certain photoreceptor cells and can lead to a dysregulation of your sleep-wake rhythm. This can have a negative effect on your hormones and metabolism.
Fire (candlelight)
Before we were able to turn night into day with the invention of electricity, there were only natural light sources in the form of fire. The big and decisive difference to today's light sources is the distribution of the light spectrum. As can be seen in the graph, blue and green are hardly present in candlelight. Furthermore, fire has no flicker effect, which can stress your nervous system. Therefore, fire usually has a calming effect.
With the Dark series you can rest assured that your eyes are protected and your sleep cycle remains undisturbed - no matter where you are or how bright your surroundings are.
I am very happy with the glasses. The only mistake I made is that I should have bought a spectacle attachment instead.

Sie ist perfekt sie stört nicht beim tragen und seid dem ich sie benutze sind meine augen viel entspannter nach den langen Zocker Sitzungen dazu kommt noch das ich danach besser schlafen kann

Kann nachts ins Bad gehen ohne das Licht anzuschalten.
Ich kann besser wieder einschlafen, weil ich durch das Rotlicht nicht hellwach werde. Ich finde es super.
Die Brille hilft dabei Augen und Nervensystem etwas zu beruhigen bei Bildschirm-Zeiten! Meine Augen sind dadurch entspannter. Und der Farbton hebt etwas die Stimmung!
