The clip on is lightweight and comes with a practical box. For pc work a must in my opinion.
I use it in addition to the dark series at night and together they make a ton of difference in my case (eyes don't get as tired and sleep quality is better).

I was skeptical whether it would work. I am all the more positively surprised and can only give my recommendation.
Das Luce 2 Ringlicht (3 Lichter) von Lichtblock ist einfach next level.
das Licht ist mega angenehm. Kein grelles, anstrengendes Ringlicht wie man es kennt, sondern weich und ruhig fürs Auge.
Vor allem das Rotlicht ist echt stark. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man das so merkt, aber es gibt einem abends wirklich ein entspanntes Gefühl. Licht an und man fährt irgendwie runter – ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt.
Durch die drei Lichtquellen ist die Ausleuchtung auch deutlich besser als bei normalen Ringlichtern. Keine harten Schatten, kein Rumprobieren – einfach anmachen und passt.
Für mich ein klares Upgrade zu allem, was ich davor hatte.
Wenn man gutes Licht will, das nicht nur hell ist, sondern sich auch gut anfühlt. Klare Empfehlung.
Sessel, Tisch und iPad mit Tastatur sind mit dem Ringlicht nun komplett. Beim Arbeiten „Kerzenlicht“, beim „Fernsehen“ Rotlicht und beim „Suchen“ Volllicht. Also eine runde Lampe, die auf Euch wartet.
Kann nur sagen, das Produkt ist einwandfrei und sehr gut in Handhabung und Nutzung.

Hab den Lichtblock meistens dabei auch auf reisen mache den so ab 17/18 Uhr an, da ist auch Abendessenszeit bei mir und die Kombi aktiviert meinen Parasympathikus auf einem ganz anderen Level. Track auch meinen Schlaf mit dem Ultrahuman Schlafring mein schlaf ist fast jede nacht mindestens bei 90+.
Eine tolle LED-Birne, passt in jede normale Leuchte und lässt sich wie beschrieben mit dem Lichtschalter zwischen den drei Modi ganz einfach umschalten. Das richtige Licht für jede Tageszeit mit nur einer LED.
