The problem: Blue light in the evening
The crucial and biggest problem with blue light after sunset is the effect it has on our nervous system. After dark, the light fools your brain into thinking it's the wrong time of day. Difference between LEDs and fire
LED spectrum
Blue light is light with a wavelength of approx. 380 to 495 nanometers (nm). This is short-wave and very high-energy light. Modern displays, LEDs and energy-saving lamps have a disproportionately high proportion of blue light. This stimulates certain photoreceptor cells and can lead to a dysregulation of your sleep-wake rhythm. This can have a negative effect on your hormones and metabolism.
Fire (candlelight)
Before we were able to turn night into day with the invention of electricity, there were only natural light sources in the form of fire. The big and decisive difference to today's light sources is the distribution of the light spectrum. As can be seen in the graph, blue and green are hardly present in candlelight. Furthermore, fire has no flicker effect, which can stress your nervous system. Therefore, fire usually has a calming effect.

Much fitter in the evening
I always spend long evenings working in front of my laptop and my eyes were burning more and more, since I've had the glasses my eyes are much clearer and my sleep has improved even more, I can only recommend them to people. ✌🏼
Eine rundum durchdachte Lampe: wohltuendes Kerzenlicht, warme Rot-Töne für den späteren Abend und auch für den Tag ist gesorgt - wenn nötig.
Einfach zusammenzustecken (sitzt fest) und noch einfacher zu bedienen, denn jede Lichtfarbe ist einzeln in 5 Stufen zu schalten. Und das Ganze stets flimmerfrei!!
meistens habe ich die mittlere Stufe an, abends auch oft die gedimmte. Mir persönlich ist die Helle zu hell, aber wenn man mal was sucht ists bestimmt ideal
Wirkt sehr entspannend und zeigt wo überall Blaulicht ist
Zum Arbeiten am Bildschirm und um die "Wind-Down"- Phase einzuleiten optimal! Man spürt einen deutlichen Unterschied und möchte es nicht mehr missen. Bei Abendspaziergängen oder Autofahren, gerade in der dunklen Jahreszeit unterstützt sie auch um sich vor Blaulicht von Straßenlaternen oder Autos zu schützen. Noch dazu sieht sie relativ unauffällig aus..bis auf das gelbe Glas was dann gelegentlich für Weitermpfehlungen sorgt !)
Ich bin begeistert, nutze die kleine Lampe täglich und morgens das Tageslicht, später das Kerzenlicht.
