Nasal Tape Application

1	Wash and dry your nose before use. Make sure that no grease or residue from creams or other care products remain on your nose.
2	Turn the nose tape to the reverse side and carefully peel off the backing paper.
3	Stick the nose tape over the bridge of your nose just above your nostrils. Then smooth it down with your fingers. Pay particular attention to the ends.

Mouth tape application

1	Wash and dry the area around your mouth thoroughly before application and make sure that there is no cream, lipstick or other care products on your lips. However, if you have sensitive lips, it is advisable to use a lip balm or similar before applying the mouth tape. Warm water can help to gently loosen the tape before removing it.
2	Turn the mouth tape onto the reverse side and pull it slightly apart. The backing paper can be easily removed.
3	Place the mouth tape on the center of your closed lips and smooth it outwards towards the sides. Pay particular attention to pressing the edges firmly.
